APPLICATION

Protection of pickled and unpickled coils and bundles of cut lengths during storage and shipping.

Previously using solvents or alkaline washing agents to protect steel during export shipment.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Cortec VpCI-369 is sprayed on the edges of cut lengths or the coil as it passes along a process ing line. VpCI-369 provides excellent protection for the inner part of the bundle and coil.

REASON CORTEC SELECTED

VpCI-369 kept the work place cleaner, since it does not drip or stain. This new process reduces the amount of labor needed from the work of engineering workshops, since VpCI-­369 does not need to be removed before weld ing or coating. VpCI-369 does not contain heavy metal compounds or other substances harmful to the environment. VpCI-369 reduces the amount of packaging material required during transport, thus, reducing costs.
